At our core, there is a longing to be seen and met with compassion for how you came to be you - without judgement.
Within the safety of our therapeutic relationship, there is space to gently work with what's held in the body and nervous system. Over time, this can support meaningful shifts fostering greater insight, integration, and embodied healing.

Work with me
At Living Neuro, the work begins by meeting you where you are. My approach draws from ancient wisdom, contemporary neuroscience, parts-work, psychodynamics and somatic practices, to deeply listen to the fulness of your experience.
Together, we gently unfold the layers, processing what has felt overwhelming, carries shame, including what still shapes your sense of safety and connection.
Through therapy, I witness again and again how what once became rigid through trauma and neglect begins to soften - and from that safety, healing naturally unfolds.
Work with me
Many are surprised to learn that my work as a therapist began with a background in architecture. I spent several years teaching, where I began to observe how my students’ design work revealed their inner worlds - their patterns of relating, perceiving, and making meaning. I became fascinated by how these inner patterns seemed to be mapped, how the unconscious expresses itself with honesty, often beyond what we can verbally articulate.
That curiosity led to the question - how truth finds its way into our lives through our relationships, our health, dreams, creative expression and through the patterns we find ourselves returning to?
Alongside this, I’ve worked across a range of settings including NGOs, government, corporate wellness, psychiatric care, and palliative care, often sitting with people in moments where life becomes especially raw, uncertain, or transitional. These experiences have shaped how I listen, not just to what is being said, but to what is organising underneath it.

Perhaps you’re the one who keeps everything together on the outside, while something underneath feels overwhelmed and burdened.
Or you notice familiar dynamics repeating, even when you can see them clearly. You may also experience chronic health issues, anxiety or physical pain.
When our raw and tender vulnerability remains unprocessed - it can shut things down further. This is where psychotherapy can offer something different - space for curiosity, care, and hope.

I’ve witnessed how intergenerational trauma and attachment patterns weave through the nervous system - and how, with attuned presence and understanding, real shifts become possible. This shapes how I sit with others: with respect for what’s been held, and a steady trust in your capacity to heal, integrate, and tend to the ecology of your life.
Through years of therapy and somatic work - and living with chronic health conditions including Lupus (SLE), hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), and Endometriosis - I’ve come to understand the body and soul - not as something to fix, but something to listen to.
I offer integrative and tailored therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic frameworks and advanced training to support trauma-sensitive recovery.
