At our core, we all have a deep longing to be seen without judgement. In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, I offer you compassion and authenticity — recognising the adaptive intelligence that has brought you to this moment.
Together, we will strengthen your ability to connect with your felt-sense experience and process any stored trauma. Over time, this journey allows the psyche to integrate the wisdom that naturally emerges from the unconscious.

Gaining awareness of who you are, and how your feelings and beliefs connect to your autonomic nervous system can lead to insight, compassion and ultimately, healing. So, how do we come to understand ourselves?
At Living Neuro, I offer client-led, compassionate support, blending ancient wisdom, contemporary neuroscience, parts-work and somatic practices. Together, we explore safe ways to unfurl stored survival stress, and reconnect with the innate and deep wisdom, allowing you to live from your purpose and less from survival. Life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected, but with careful listening and feeling practices, I help people navigate challenges and rediscover their path.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in private practice as well as diverse settings, including NGOs, government, and corporate wellness. In that time, I’ve had the immense privilege to walk alongside survivors of complex and developmental trauma, carers, the bereaved, and alongside those in end-of-life transitions. From psychiatric wards to palliative care, my passion is how we can move through liminal spaces. How do we live and embrace 'process', as uncomfortable as it is. My practice is deeply relational - it draws on various modalities to support recovery.
My own healing journey - through psychotherapy, health challenges and ongoing personal enquiry - I understand firsthand, the complexities of trauma. This lived experience fuels my belief in the power of the human spirit to reclaim our true soul's purpose.
Many are surprised to learn, my career as a counsellor began with an architecture degree.
In fact, I taught for several years, all the while observing how my students' design work reflected their own personalities and relational styles—
their inner worlds.
I was drawn to know more about how they appeared 'mapped' in their work and how they unconsciously expressed themselves in profound and honest ways.
This led to the question: how does truth find expression in our lives? How does it surface in our dreams, relationships, art, and health?
This curiosity led me to pursue a Master's in Art Therapy, where the visceral, real-world experience of the counselling coursework quickly showed me the kind of therapist I wanted to be.
A lifelong interest in the symbolic world married beautifully with my studies in counselling.
The path to true selfhood can have many obstacles.
